These terms explain the basic rules for using wyzfeed, a place to publish predictions, track evidence, and revisit what happened.

1. Using wyzfeed
By using wyzfeed, you agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your location, and you are responsible for the activity on your account.
2. Your account
Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in details. Do not impersonate another person, share access without permission, or use wyzfeed to bypass security controls.
3. Predictions and user content
You keep ownership of the content you post. By publishing content on wyzfeed, you give wyzfeed permission to host, display, format, and distribute it as part of the service. Predictions are opinions and statements of intent, not guarantees, financial advice, or promises of future results.
4. Responsible participation
Do not publish content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, deceptive, invasive of another person’s privacy, or intended to manipulate conversation. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules or put the service and its users at risk.
5. Records and evidence
Wyzfeed may provide tools for adding sources, updates, reactions, and closing records. These tools help preserve context, but they do not independently verify every claim or guarantee that a source is accurate or complete.
6. Service availability
We work to keep wyzfeed available and useful, but the service may change, pause, or become unavailable from time to time. Features may be updated, limited, or discontinued without notice.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Wyzfeed is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, wyzfeed is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on user content, predictions, sources, or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When changes are significant, we will make a reasonable effort to highlight them. Continuing to use wyzfeed after an update means you accept the revised terms.
